Run-DMC, 80'lerde Hip-Hop denince ilk akla gelen isimdi. Hiç şüphesiz ki bu müzik türünün geniş kitlelerce tanınıp benimsenmesindeki aslan payı onlarındır. TRT'nin müzik programlarında sıklıkla klipleri dönerdi. Ne yazık ki grup üyelerinden Jason Mizell'in 30 Ekim 2002'de kayıt stüdyosunda silahla vurularak öldürülmesi, 19 yıllık kariyerlerinin sonu oldu. Bu güzel paylaşımlarınızla sayenizde tekrar o yıllara gitmiş olduk, teşekkürler üstadım.

Run DMC'nin Aerosmith'le yaptığı "Walk This Way" muhteşemdi. Grubu tanımam ve sevmem bu parça sayesindedir. Aerosmith kraldır, eeee Run DMC de öyle. İkisi beraber izlenildiğinde tadından yenmiyor valla..

Aynı durum benim için de geçerlidir. Ortaokul dönemlerimde açık ara TRT'de en fazla yayınlanan kliplerden biriydi.. Bu parça hala unutulmayanlar arasındaysa, bu iki grubun bir araya gelerek yaptıkları rap&rock tarzı ortak çalışmasına bağlıdır. Ne zaman bir yerde "Walk This Way"i duysam aklıma hemen ortaokul dönemlerim ve TV ekranına adeta yapışarak gözümü kırpmadan izlediğimi halim gelir. Paylaşım için teşekkürler üstadım.
